Itinerary

Airport – Hotel transfer by private minivan

We will visit Istanbul Old City, Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia Museum, Sultan Ahmet Mosque and afternoon we will sail for Bosphorus tour by public boat. After end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Hippodrome of Constantinople (Sultan Ahmet Square)
The Hippodrome of Constantinople was a circus that was the sporting and social center of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire. Today it is a square named Sultan Ahmet Square with a few fragments of the original structure surviving.

Sultan Ahmet Mosque (The Blue Mosque)
The Sultan Ahmet Mosque is a historic mosque in Istanbul. The mosque is popularly known as The Blue Mosque for the blue tiles adorning the walls of its interior. It was built from 1609 to 1616, during the rule of Sultan Ahmed I.

Hagia Sophia Museum (Ayasofya)
Hagia Sophia is a former Greek Orthodox Church, later an imperial mosque and now a museum in Istanbul, from the date of its construction in 537 until 1453; it served as an Eastern Orthodox cathedral. The building was a mosque from 29 May 1453 until 1931.

Topkapı Palace
Topkapı Palace is a large palace in Istanbul that was the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years (1465–1856) of their 624-year reign. It is now a museum and as such a major tourist attraction. It also contains important holy relics of the Muslim world, including Prophet Muhammad’s cloak and sword. The palace contained mosques, a hospital, and bakeries.

The Basilica Cistern (Yerebatan)
One of the magnificent ancient buildings of Istanbul is the Basilica Cistern located in the southwest of Hagia Sofia. Constructed for Justinianus I, the Byzantium Emperor (527-565).

Day 3 :
Bursa City

We’ll check out from hotel at 9:00 A.M and then leave the hotel for to journey to Bursa City by Osmangazi Bridge. We will visit Cumalıkızık Ottoman Village, Bursa Grand Mosque and Old Bazaars. Afternoon, we will reach to Izmir City and we will check in to hotel after end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Cumalıkızık Ottoman Village
Cumalıkızık, with its 700 year history is nearly as old as the Ottoman state. The narrow alleys where no motor vehicles could enter and the old houses, which are among the best examples of Ottoman civic architecture. The villagers typically dress themselves in traditional attire and make their own breads as their forefathers did, leading a lifestyle similar to that of the Ottoman era. Their neighborhood relationships, as well as their reception of the visitors, reflect the traditional Turkish hospitality.

The Grand Mosque of Bursa (Ulucami)
Bursa Grand Mosque or Ulucami is a mosque in Bursa, Turkey. Built in the Seljuk style, it was ordered by the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I and built between 1396 and 1399. The mosque has 20 domes and 2 minarets.

Day 4 :
Izmir City

We’ll check out from hotel at 9:00 A.M and then leave the hotel for to journey to Izmir and we will visit Çeşme Castle, Alaçatı Windmills and Ephesus Ancient City. Afternoon, we will reach to Pamukkale and we will check in to hotel after end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Çeşme Castle
It was built in 1508 and repaired by Sultan Beyazıt, son of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror, to defend the coast from attack by pirates. Today the well-preserved battlements, with its six towers and moats on three sides offer excellent views of Çeşme. It also houses two historical museums.

Alaçatı
Alaçatı is a town on the Western coast of Turkey, often noted for its architecture, vineyards, and windmills. It is one of the most traditional towns in Turkey with stone houses, narrow streets, boutique hotels and restaurants with tables on the streets.

Ephesus Ancient City
Ephesus was an ancient Greek city on the coast of Ionia, three kilometers southwest of present-day Selçuk in İzmir. It was built in the 10th century BC. The city was famed for the nearby Temple of Artemis (completed around 550 BC), one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World

We’ll check out from hotel at 9:00 A.M and then leave the hotel for to journey to Pamukkale and Hierapolis Ancient City. Afternoon we will reach to Antalya and we will check in to hotel after end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Pamukkale
Pamukkale, meaning “cotton castle” in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Province in southwestern Turkey. The city contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. It is in Turkey’s Inner Aegean region, in the River Menderes valley, which has a temperate climate for most of the year.

Hierapolis Ancient City
Hierapolis (“Holy City”) was an ancient city located on hot springs in classical Phrygia in southwestern Anatolia. Its ruins are adjacent to modern Pamukkale in Turkey and currently comprise an archaeological museum designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Dead Sea (Ölüdeniz)
Dead Sea is famous for its ‘Blue Lagoon’. It remains one of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean needed. It has a secluded sandy bay at the mouth of Ölüdeniz, on a blue lagoon. The seawater of Ölüdeniz is famous for its shades of turquoise and aquamarine.

We’ll check out from hotel at 9:00 A.M and then leave the hotel for to journey to Antalya and its famous beaches. Afternoon we will reach to Konya and we will check in to hotel after end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Antalya Old Town (Kaleiçi)
Kaleiçi has narrow, winding streets enclosed in ancient city walls, which now protect the peaceful quarter from the noise of the concrete metropolis of a million people. It is best to enter and exit the old quarter from charming Hadrianus Gate, built by the Roman emperor Hadrianus as the entrance arch to the city

Day 7 :
Konya City

We’ll check out from hotel at 9:00 A.M. and then leave the hotel for to journey to Konya City and Mevlana Museum. Afternoon we will reach to Cappadocia, check-in to hotel after end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Konya
Konya was once the capital of Sultanate of Rum, a situation which resulted in much of the architectural heritage visible today. The Persian poet and Sufi thinker “Mevlana” or Rumi also settled in the city during this period.

Mevlana Museum (Mausoleum of Rumi)
This must-see tourist destination of Konya is the tomb of the famous mystic/sufi/thinker Rumi also known as Mevlana in Turkish, as well as the neighboring museum that displays relics of his life and his time.

We’ll check out from hotel at 9:00 A.M. and then leave the hotel for to visit Cappadocia Uçhisar Castle, Love Valley, Göreme Open air Museum and Devrent Valley. Evening, we will go to airport for traveling back to Istanbul. After we reach to Istanbul we check-in to hotel after end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Cappadocia
Cappadocia is an area in Central Anatolia in Turkey best known for its unique moon-like landscape, underground cities, cave churches and houses carved in the rocks. Cappadocian Region displays a beautiful combination of nature and history. The geographic movements had formed the “peri bacaları” (Fair chimneys) and during the historical development process, mankind had settled and inhabited these natural wonders, fairy chimneys and carved houses and churches inside these formations and adorned these settlements with frescos, carrying the traces of the thousands of years of their civilizations. Hot-air ballooning is very popular in Cappadocia and is available in Goreme. Trekking is enjoyed in Ihlara Valley, Monastery Valley (Guzelyurt), Urgup and Goreme

We will leave the hotel for to visit Dolmabahçe Palace, Naval Museum, Ortaköy and Rumelian Castle on the Bosphorus Strait. After end of our trip then we will take a break for rest.

Dolmabahçe Palace
Dolmabahçe Palace is located in the Beşiktaş district on the European coastline of the Bosphorus strait, served as the main administrative center of the Ottoman Empire from 1856 to 1922.

Istanbul Naval Museum
The Naval Museum is one of the most eminent naval museums in Turkey. In terms of the richness of its collections, it is one of the preeminent museums in the World. The collection of the museum consists of approximately 20.000 objects.

Ortaköy Mosque
Ortaköy Mosque, officially the Büyük Mecidiye Camii (Grand Imperial Mosque of Sultan Abdülmecid), built in 1856, it is situated at the waterside of the Ortaköy pier square, one of the most popular locations on the Bosphorus.

Rumelian Castle
Rumelian Castle is a fortress located on a hill at the European side of the Bosphorus. It gives the name of the quarter around it. It was built by the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II between 1451 and 1452, before he conquered Constantinople.

Emirgan Park
It is one of the largest public parks in Istanbul. A special garden was established in Emirgan Park in the 1960s to revive the city’s tradition of tulip cultivation. Since 2005, an annual international tulip festival is organized here every April making the park attractive and very colorful with these flowers.
